Since I’m using this project as a swatch for a larger Flax: it’s 16.5 stitches and 22 rows in 4 inches before washin…
I was getting 10.5 stitches per 4” instead of the 8.5 stitches per 4” gauge in pattern. Switching to size 15 needles (hopefully they work – I have to pick up new needles otherwise)

Casted on with whatever I had in my stash, because we got our first snow and the store is completely sold out of toddler size mittens. I should have enough yarn to make a matching hat later.
Doing two-at-a-time mittens on a long circular needle.

First leg finished after 50 leg rows. Decreased every 5 rows. (K2TOG before BOR marker, slip BOR marker, k1, SSK) Cuff: k2, p2 Bound off using JSSBO
